Midnight Echo is the official magazine of the Australian Horror Writers Association.

Each issue contains more than 100 pages of horror (or dark) fiction, poetry, art, graphic novels, book releases, and more!

The magazine is released each issue as a limited print edition and as a PDF (eBook formats are coming soon!), and is distributed in hard copy and electronic format to readers all across the world, including AHWA members and Horror Writers Association members in the United States.

The limited print editions of each issue are currently printed by Black House Comics.

Midnight Echo magazine is guest edited by Australia’s most respected horror editors and authors. Guest editors have included Angela Challis (editor, Black: Australian Dark Culture Magazine and the Australian Dark Fantasy & Horror series), Leigh Blackmore (editor, Terror Australis), Kirstyn McDermott (author, Madigan Mine), and Shane Jiraiya Cummings (editor, Black Box). No two issues will ever be the same.
