Anthony Ferguson

Anthony Ferguson a graduate of the creative arts faculties of Curtin University and the University of WA.  He has  had a number of short stories published in zines such as Suspect Thoughts, Camp Horror, Lost Souls, Ripples and Midnight Echo.

Anthony's first book, The Sex Doll: a History, was published in late 2010 by McFarland Press.  While ostensibly an academic text it also examines in some detail the horror trope of automatons.

Anthony's second book, "Devil Dolls and Duplicates in Australian Horror", is an edited anthology of doll, dummy and doppelganger related horror/sci-fi tales by some of Australia's best known horror writers, is available from Equilibrium Books. Anthony is currently working on a historical novel and still trying to master the art of the short story.
