Stephen is a novelist and filmmaker. He has several broadcast documentary credits, and his short films have screened around the world and won numerous awards including Best Short at London Sci-Fi.
Stephen's debut novel – supernatural thriller 'The Dead Path ' – was published in 2009 by Hachette Australia and in the UK by Sphere (as The Darkening). It will be released in the US by Random House, in Germany by Blanvalet, and in China by China Citic Press. The Dead Path is also be available as an audio book through Bolinda and Audible.
'The Dead Path' was the August 2009 selection for The Big Book Club, and was nominated for an Aurealis Award.
