Jason Franks
Jason Franks is a writer of genre fiction. By which he means, just about all the genres: science fiction, fantasy, war, western, autobiography, comedy, crime, social realism, you name it. But if you look a little closer, just about all Franks' work is actually horror.
Franks sold his first short story to DEATHLINGS in 2001. His work, in prose and comics, has since then appeared in ASSASSIN'S CANON, BAD ASS FAERIES, YUCK!, TANGO and other places.
He is the author of two graphic novels: McBLACK and THE SIXSMITHS (illustrated by J. Marc Schmidt, available October 2010).
Franks is also the editor of the KAGEMONO horror anthology series.
